Mindfulness meditation courses and sessions
(back on the 2nd of August 2026)

Certified mindfulness meditation teacher and mentor by the MMTCP (Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program) and MMT (Mindfulness Mentor Training) programs of Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach, with additional training in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility. With a major in Philosophy he began practicing meditation over 30 years ago and has been dedicated to Vipassana meditation for 10 years. For over 5 years now, he has been teaching how to reconnect with the body, relate more wisely to emotions, and experience life more fully.
