Structure of the sessions
The RAIN group sessions will begin with a short meditation to settle us in, and then participants will be guided through the four steps of the RAIN meditation. Each participant is free to share their experience or ask questions and offer comments at the beginning and end of the session.
Description
RAIN group sessions begin with a meditation to connect with the body and establish presence before moving on to the RAIN practice itself. In these sessions, each person works individually with this practice that combines mindfulness and self-compassion. Small groups are guided step by step through the practice.
